You should love your website
and so should your customers
Your website should be...
We don’t like surprises anymore than you.
So here is exactly what you can expect when you work with us.
The Strategy Briefing
In this phase we’ll ask the right questions to uncover the truth about why you need a new website and exactly what it is you’re trying to achieve.
The Content Map
Armed with the information gleaned in Phase 1, we will build a visual site framework so we can all be on the same page and quickly communicate the best way to structure the information and flow of your site’s content.
Rather than trying to explain what we intend to build or waste time crafting mock-ups and wire-frames We’ll build an interactive prototype within the browser to show you how the solution will work. There is no attention to design at this stage, so it isn’t pretty, but it gets us where we need to be really quick.
Here’s where the real fun begins! In this phase we get to break out the markers and finger paints, and bring that previous prototype to life! Matching your brand identity.
Finally, we go in the weeds for a couple of weeks, writing code with permanent markers. Making sure everything has been kicked, tested and tightened before we send your shiny new website to your hosting server so you can show it off like a proud new parent.

Most frequent questions and answers
This is a very good question, and really cannot be answered without knowing what it is you need. Typically however, it will take between 4 and 8 weeks to complete. But we have been able to complete then in less than that. It really all depends on your requirements.
No problem! There are a lot of options out there, believe us, we know. We will discuss your current host vs other options and help you make an informed decision as to your best course of action.
Simply put, Yes.
Not long ago we would have said “It depends”. However, as of July 2018 Google has started penalizing the ranking of sites that don’t have an SSL certificate. Luckily SSL costs have come down significantly over the past few years and some are even free. After accessing your needs we’ll make recommendations as to which SSL certificate would be a good fit for your business.
